After clarifying all the organizational issues in accordance with the equipment package, you, together with the responsible manager, visit the production and a number of already implemented Schulz projects (local pubs and restaurants). During the meeting, you’ll be able to see the production facilities of our company, the equipment in its work process, and to communicate with the brewers who work on our production equipment.

THE CONTRACT
After approval of the complete set of the brewery and an equipment placement option, the agreement for manufacture and installation of equipment is signed between the company and the customer.
AUDIT OF PREMISES BY OUR SPECIALISTS AND PREPARATION OF TS
Schulz engineers will audit and provide technical documentation (technical specifications) to get the premises ready. You need to inspect and prepare the premises in accordance with SanPiN before installing the brewery on the basis of the previously prepared technical specifications by engineers of Schulz.

The process takes from 45 days to 90 days, depending on the pre-agreed arrangements, the set of equipment may be ready earlier, or vice versa, while in case of an individual package or non-standard configuration, it may take a longer period.

EXPERT BREWING AND PERSONNEL TRAINING
Training takes place from the first days of installation, at which the customer’s employees are present. Watching the implementation of the project, in practice they become familiar with the brewery device and are obligatory present at the wort boiling. During this time, even a person without experience will be able to master the basics of brewing skills.
